摘  要:以有机膨润土(CTAB-Bent)为载体,通过FeSO4与NaBH4反应制得有机膨润土负载纳米铁(NZVI/CTAB-Bent),并用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对NZVI/CTAB-Bent的结构和形貌进行了表征。研究了NZVI/CTMAB-Bent对偶氮染料活性艳红X-3B的反应性能,考察了pH、染料初始浓度对其去除率的影响,并与相同铁含量的纳米铁(nanoscale zero-valent iron,NZVI)进行了比较。此外,还对NZVI/CTMAB-Bent还原活性艳红X-3B的机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:有机膨润土作载体较好地克服纳米铁易团聚的缺陷;在相同的实验条件下,NZVI/CTAB-Bent对X-3B的去除率远高于相同铁含量的NZVI,也明显优于相同含量的有机膨润土和相同铁含量的NZVI对X-3B去除率的加和。此外,NZVI/CTAB-Bent还具有更好的重复使用性。This research prepares organobentonite loaded nanoscale zero-valent iron (NZVI/CTAB- Bent) through the reaction of FeSO4 and NaBH4 with organobentonite (CTAB-Bent) as the carrier and represents the structure and morphology of NZVI/CTAB-Bent through X-ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area (BET) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) ; studies the reactivity property of NZVI/CTMAB-Bent for azo dye reactive brilliant red (X-3B) ; investigates the influence of pH and initial concentration of dye on its removal rate; makes a comparison with nanoscale zero-valent iron (NAVI) with the same iron content; and preliminarily discusses the mechanism of NZVI/CTMAB-Bent reducing reactive brilliant red X-3B. The result shows that the defect that NAVI is easy to reunite can be well overcame with organobentonite as the carrier; under the same experimental conditions, NZVI/CTAB-Bent has a far higher removal rate of X-3B than NZVI with the same iron content and the sum of removal rates of X-3B of organobentonite with the same content and NZVI with the same iron content. In addition, NZVI/CTAB- Bent has a better reusability.
