摘  要:分别采用氮气及预涂 Ti N粉、碳粉、Ti C粉等方法对 Ti- 48Al- 2 Cr- 2 Nb金属间化合物进行激光表面合金化 ,制得了分别以 Ti N,Ti C等硬质耐磨相为增强相的快速凝固“原位”金属基耐磨复合材料表面改性层 ,并分别在干滑动及磨料磨损条件下测试了所获激光表面合金化改性层的耐磨性。结果表明 ,对 Ti- 48Al- 2 Cr- 2Laser surface alloying with gaseous nitrogen, TiN powders, carbon powders and TiC powders respectively is employed to improve the tribological properties of the γ TiAl intermetallic alloy Ti 48Al 2Cr 2Nb. Smooth and crack free in situ composite coatings reinforced by rapidly solidified dentritic TiN and TiC, respectively, were made on substrates of the intermetallic alloy. The wear resistance of the laser surface alloyed composite coatings was evaluated under dry sliding and high speed two body abrasive wear conditions. The results show that the microhardness and the wear resistance of the γ TiAl intermetallic alloy are significantly improved after laser surface alloying treatment.
