摘　　要：随着可控硅在各种控制系统中的广泛应用,可控硅装置的安全运行与保护日益得到重视。本文介绍了可控硅励磁装置,分析了可控硅过电流的原因,提出了具体的解决办法。With the wide application of controllable silicon in various control systems, operation safety and protection of controllable silicon device are attracting more and more attention. This article briefly introduces controllable excitation device and analyzes reason of its over current is- sue, and puts forward specific solutions.
