摘　　要：介绍了摩托车启动电机壳体采用多次拉伸最后整形的加工工艺及拉伸模、整形模的结构 ,避免了采用机械切削加工方法达到设计要求的限制 ,提高了生产效率。The processing technology by multi_drawing and final sizing for the motorcycle starting_motor shell body, and the structure of the drawing die and sizing die were introduced. It avoided the limitation of using the mechanical machining method to meet the design requirement and enhanced the production efficiency.
