摘　　要：针对Ф500mm三辊斜楔联接开口式轧机设计缺陷进行改进，保留手动调节方式，改为纵斜楔式结构，从而降低了轧机换辊时间，提高了轧制精度，提高了生产线产能。The design of Ф500mm three-high wedge joint open-top housing rolling mill has some defects. For this, carry out some improving measures such as keeping manual adjusting mode and change to vertical wedge construction so as to reduce the roll changing time, improve the rolling accuracy and production line capacity.
