摘　　要：轧管过程中变形量的计算，既是理论问题，又是生产实际问题。根据变形机理，采用当量变形作为衡量轧管过程中变形量大小，并给出了应用实例。Calculation of deformation amount during pipe－ rolling operation is an operational issue as well as a theoretical one.Based on the deformation mechanism,the equivalent deformation is used as a reference to quantify the deformation amount during pipe－ rolling operation.In addition,relevant application cases are presented.
