摘　　要：分析了 Accu Roll轧管机下导盘调整机构、转鼓压紧装置等存在的缺陷，提出了改进措施。经实践验证，改进措施合理，设备故障率大幅度降低。Analyzed were the existing shortcomings of the lower guide－ disc setting mechanism and cradle clamping device of Accu－ roll pipe mill.Addressing them,relevant corrective actions were proposed and taken.The operation result shows that the said actions are effective,having brought significant reduction of the equipment failure rate.
