恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎特殊患者的研究进展

摘　　要：恩替卡韦（ETV）是近年上市的核苷类似物，能够安全有效地抑制肝移植、化疗或使用免疫抑制剂治疗后HBV感染者体内的HBVDNA复制，预防肝炎复发。圈Ⅳ治疗儿童慢性乙型肝炎短期随访是安全有效的。此文就恩替卡韦在上述三类特殊慢性乙型肝炎患者中的治疗效果进行综述。Entecavir （ETV） is a nucleoside analog antiviral agent launched in recent years. It seems to be efficient and safe in the prophylaxis and treatment for HBV recurrence in patients after liver transplantation, chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy. ETV is also effective and safe to children who infected HBV in short-term follow-up. The treatment effect of ETV in three special patients as mentioned above is reviewed in this paper.
