麦粒灸结合针刺与单纯针刺治疗慢性功能性便秘的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较分析麦粒灸合针刺与单纯针刺治疗慢性功能性便秘(chronic functional constipation,CFC)的疗效.方法:将70例CFC患者分为2组,每组各35例.其中观察组给予麦粒灸与针刺联合治疗,对照组单用针刺治疗.观察治疗前后2组患者的排便方式、便秘临床评分以及总疗效等指标.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为80.0%,高于对照组的51.43%(2=6.34,P<0.05).治疗后观察组能自主排便患者比例多于对照组(74.29%vs 45.71%,P<0.05),依赖泻药患者比例低于对照组(20.0%vs 45.71%,P<0.05).便秘临床评分方面,观察组排便费力程度、排便时间、腹痛、排气不畅、排便不尽感、肛门梗阻感、依赖泻剂等得分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:麦粒灸结合针刺治疗CFC,疗效优于单纯针刺,能显著改善CFC患者各项临床症状.AIM： To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with grain-shaped moxibus- tion versus acupuncture alone in the manage- ment of chronic functional constipation. METHODS： Seventy cases of chronic functional constipation were randomly and equally divided into two groups to receive either acupuncture combined with grain-shaped moxibustion or acu- puncture group alone. Defecation styles, changes in clinical score of constipation and clinical effi- cacy were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate was signifi- cantly higher in the combination group than in the acupuncture group （80.0% vs 51.43%, P 〈 0.05）. Moreover, the number of cases having au- tonomous defecation was significantly more in the combination group than in the acupuncture group. The improvement in difficulty of defeca- tion, defecation time, abdominal pain, exsuffla- tion difficulty, persistent sensation of defecation, sense of anal obstruction and purgative prescrip- tion dependence was more significant in the com- bination group than in the acupuncture group. CONCLUSION： Acupuncture combined with grain-shaped moxibustion is more effective than acupuncture alone in improving symptoms in patients with chronic functional constipation.
