社区老年糖尿病患者生活自理能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区老年糖尿病患者生活自理能力现状及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查对银川市4个社区内共208名老年糖尿病患者进行调查,内容包括个人一般情况、躯体健康状况及生活自理能力。结果 79.3%的老年糖尿病患者日常生活自理能力完全正常,11.5%的患者日常生活自理能力出现不同程度的功能下降,9.1%的患者日常生活功能明显障碍。老年糖尿病患者的年龄、学历、病程及伴其他疾病数与其生活自理能力相关。结论社区老年糖尿病患者的日常生活自理能力受损,应加强对该人群的干预,激发其学习动力,使病人自理能力的潜能得到最大的发挥。Objective To discuss the ability of selfcare and it＇ s influence factors of aged diabetic patients. Methods The individual general state, physical health status and the ability of self - care were investigated by questionnaires on 208 aged diabetic patients. Results There were 79.3% of aged diabetic patients＇ ability of self - care was completely normal, and 11.5% of the aged had different degrees of functional decline and 9.1% of them had serious functional impairment. The age, education, course of diseases and other diseases of aged diabetic patients is related to their ability of self - care. Conclusion The ability for self - care of aged diabetic patients in communities was impaired. We should strengthen the implement intervention of these patients and stimulate their interests and independent character of learning to improve the aged diabetic patients＇ potential of selfcare ability greatly.
