摘 要:利用激光点火法测定了TC4合金和Ti Cr V Al合金的阻燃性能 ,用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、X射线能谱等方法分析了激光点火后两种合金烧蚀坑的表面形貌和成分分布。Ti Cr V Al合金的阻燃性能明显优于TC4合金。在Ti Cr V Al合金烧蚀坑中心区域 ,铬和钒的含量远低于基体 ,表明铬和钒的燃烧产物大量以气相形式逸出 ,与阻燃机理理论分析结果一致。The burning resistivities of Ti Cr V Al alloy and TC4 alloy were studied by laser ignition method.The morphology and composition distributions of ignited samples were examined by SEM,EDS and XRD.It is found that the Ti Cr V Al alloy has superior burning resistivities to TC4 alloy.In the center of combusted cave center of Ti Cr V Al alloy,very small amounts of elements Cr and V was dectected by EDS.It is shown that most combustion products of elements Cr and V have vaporized as gas phase.The experimental results agree well with the theoretical analysis of burn resistant mechanism.
