摘　　要：目的分析护理干预在妊娠呕吐致食管贲门粘膜撕裂症患者的应用效果。方法对1例患者住院期间对其心理,行为,饮食等给予护理干预。结果经过对此例患者实施科学的护理干预收到满意的护理效果。结论对妊娠呕吐致食管贲门粘膜撕裂症患者护理干预可以提高护理质量,有利于孕妇及胎儿的健康。Objective Analyze the application effect of nursing intervention on patients of Mallory - Weiss syndrome because of vomiting of pregnancy. Methods Nursing intervention on a patient who was suffering Mallory - Weiss syndrome because of vomiting of pregnancy on psychology, behavior and diet. Results Implementing scientifically nursing intervention on this patient received satisfactory effect. Conclusion Nursing intervention on a patient who was suffering Mallory - Weiss syndrome because of vomiting of pregnancy can improve qualifies of care,which is helpful to the health of pregnant woman and fetus.
