摘　　要：目的:探讨代谢综合征患者心率变异性变化特点。方法:将代谢综合征患者与对照组进行对比,并分别对糖尿病病史、血压、血脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和腰臀围比按长短或异常、正常分组对比。结果:代谢综合征患者与对照组对比,心率变异性有明显降低(P<0.01)。糖尿病病史、高血压、腰臀围比患者部分频域或时域指标降低(P<0.05)。结论:代谢综合征患者自主神经功能均有损害,糖尿病病史、高血压病和腰臀围比对代谢综合征患者的自主神经功能有影响。AIM： To study the characteristics of heart rate variability （HRV） in patients with metabolic syndrome （MetS）. METHODS： Antecedents of diabetes, blood pressure, blood lipids, highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol and waisthip ratio were compared among patients with MetS and control group. RESULTS： Compared with those in the control group, HRV in MetS patients was significantly reduced （P〈0.01）, and antecedents of diabetes, high blood pressure, waisthip ratio in partial frequency domain or time domain index were lower （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Autonomic functions in patients with MetS show varying degrees of impairment and history of diabetes, high blood pressure and waisthip ratio affect autonomic functions in patients with MetS.
