摘 要:探讨力竭运动对大鼠心肌自由基生成的影响,将16只大鼠随机分为安静组和运动组,运动组采用跑台力竭运动模型,运动后即刻取样,测定血清中一氧化氮(NO)浓度、心肌中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧亚硝酸阴离子(ONOO-)含量。结果:力竭运动后,心肌中ONOO-和MDA显著升高(P<0.05),SOD活力显著下降(P<0.01),血清中NO含量有一定上升,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:力竭运动诱导心肌ONOO-的大量生成,其机制可能源于力竭运动导致心肌超氧阴离子的大量生成与NO的过量生成。For the purpose of understanding the effects of exhaustive exercise on myocardial free radicals generated, sixteen rats were randomly divided into the control group and the exercise group. The exercise group was investigated with treadmill, sampled immediately after exercise. The nitric oxide (NO) level in serum and the malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxynitrite(ONOO- ) concentration in myocardial were detected. The results showed that after exhaustive exercise ONOO- and MDA in myocardial increased significantly (P〈0. 05), SOD activity was decreased significantly (P〈 0. 01), NO level in serum was increased, but not statistically significant (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The exhaustive exercise induces myocardial to generate in great quantities, its mechanism may be explained from exhaustive exercise induces the mass generation of myocardial superoxide anion and the excessive generation of NO.
