现代媒体与“个性化”体育教学实验

摘　　要：个性化体育教育是因材、因个人特点、因新环境特点施教的一种教学形式。借助现代媒体对90后大学生进行"个性化"体育教学并跟踪调查的实验研究结果说明:此种教学方式应用于目前大学的体育教学是有效、可行的。Individual physical education is a teaching model of teaching in accordance with students apntude, personal characteristics and new environment quality. The investigation and experiment of individual P. E teaching are implemented on university who are born after the year of 1990. The results of the investigation illustrate that the teaching methods of individual education are effective and feasible to be used in collegial physical education.
