摘　　要：阐述了快开式精煤压滤机结构与工作过程,并介绍了田庄选煤厂采用快开式精煤压滤机对浮选精煤脱水环节进行改造的过程,尤其是在调试过程中对快开式精煤压滤机工作程序、入料方式、入料泵、翻板电机等方面进行的诸多改进,使之适应了较粘物料的脱水。应用实践表明,快开式精煤压滤机脱水能力强、脱水效果好、能耗低,取得了良好效果。Described the structure and working process of quick open clean coal filter press, introduced the reformation of clean coal dewatering system with quick open clean coal filter press in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant, especially the improvements made for the working mode of filter press, feeding meth-od, feeding pump and hinged motor in the process of adj tering of sticky material. The application indicated that is strong, effect is good, and the power consumption is usting, which improvements adapted to the dewa-the quick open clean coal filter dewatering ability low, achieved better application result.
