田庄选煤厂产业升级改造降低介质消耗的实践

摘　　要：系统地分析了田庄选煤厂产业升级改造前介质消耗较高的原因,通过完善分级入选流程,减少合格介质进入脱介筛稀介段的机会,改进块煤系统分选介质配置工艺,优化介质净化、回收系统,加强生产过程控制等手段,有效地降低了介质消耗,2013年1—7月平均介耗为0.78 kg/t,从而降低了生产成本。Systematically analyzed the reason of high medium consumption in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant before the upgrading and reformation, through prefect the separation flowsheet, reducing the chance of qualified medium go into dilution section of medium draining screen, improving the medium distribu-tion process in lump coal separation system, optimizing the medium cleaning and recovery system, en-hance the control, which measures effectively reduced the medium consumption. During the Jan. -July 2013, the monthly average medium consumption is 0.78 kg/t, so that lower the production cost.
