摘　　要：目的：建立五爪风中补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以Appollo—C18色谱柱为分离柱，以乙腈-水（33：67）为流动相，246nm为检测波长，柱温为室温。结果：补骨脂素在4．5—72．0μg／mL范围内，峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9997），平均回收率为100．3％，RSD为1．50％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可作为该药材含量测定方法。Objective To assay the content of Psoralen in Ficus hirta Vahl by HPLC. Method The Appollo - C18 （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm） column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water （33 ： 67）, the detection wave length was 246nm and the column temperature was room temperature. Resuihs Linearity of Quercitr was good at 4. 5 -72. 0μg/mL （r = O. 9996）. The average recovery of buddleodide wasl00. 3% with RSD less than 1. 50% （n =6）. Conclution The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be applied in determination of Psoralen in Ficus hirta Vahl.
