摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预对减轻经口气管插管机械通气患者负性情绪的作用。方法:分析经口气管插管机械通气患者出现负性情绪的原因,并找出解决方法,对经口气管插管机械通气患者提供心理护理干预,以减轻其负性情绪带来的不良影响。结果:通过有针对性的心理护理干预后,患者能主动配合治疗,负性情绪明显降低,且无认知障碍。结论:心理护理干预有利于减轻经口气管插管机械通气患者的不良情绪,对病情好转有重大影响。Objective： To explore the role of psychological nursing intervention in alleviating negative sentiments of the patients with orotracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation. Methods： The causes of negative sentiments of the patients with orotracheal in- tubation for mechanical ventilation were analyzed and the therapeutic methods were sought. Psychological nursing intervention was pro- vided for the patients with orotracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation to reduce the adverse effects due to negative sentiments. Re- sults： Through psychological nursing intervention in accordance with the patients＇ condition , the patients were able to co - operate with the medical workers in treatment on their own initiative. Negative sentiments were reduced significantly in the patients , and dis- turbance of cognitive abilities was not observed in them. Conclusions： Psychological nursing intervention is beneficial to reducing the unhealthy sentiments of the patients with orotracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation , and therefore it has a significant effect on improving the patients＇ condition.
