摘 要:利用LS-DYNA进行了预裂爆破数值模拟,通过对模拟结果的分析,得出了适用于采石场的炮孔直径、炮孔间距、线装药密度等预裂爆破参数。对获取的预裂爆破参数进行现场试验,结果表明在相同条件下,当孔距80cm、线装药密度500g/m时,预裂爆破效果较理想。分析监测数据得知爆破施工对周边环境的影响较小。爆破试验与数值模拟所确定的爆破参数,可用于指导该工程的后续施工。LS-DYNA software was applied to simulate the presplitting blasting. The ideal presplitting blasting parameters were gained through analyzing the numerical simulation results. The field blasting ex- periments were used to verify reliability of the presplitting blasting parameters. Results showed the pres- plitting blasting effect was ideal when the hole distance was 80 cm and linear charge density was 500g/m under the same conditions. Through analyzing the monitoring data, the periphery environment was not in- fluenced by blasting construction. Blasting experiments and numerical simulation were helpful to determine the blasting parameters. This could'provide a reference for following construction.
