摘　　要：目的探讨扩张型心肌病伴心力衰竭患者治疗前后肝细胞生长因子(HGF)浓度的变化。方法选择我院心内科住院的扩张型心肌病伴心力衰竭的33例患者作为观察组,选取同期在门诊进行健康体检的32例体检者作为对照组,分别检测两组血清HGF浓度、血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)浓度、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果观察组治疗前后HGF、NT-proBNP、LVEDD均高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HGF、NT-proBNP、LVEDD低于治疗前,LVEF高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扩张型心肌病伴心力衰竭患者治疗后血清HGF浓度显著下降,HGF浓度的下降可以作为心功能好转的指标。Objective To investigate the changes of hepat0cyte growth factor （HGF） levels of dilated cardiomyopathy with congestive heart failure patients before and after treatment. Methods 33 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure hospitalized in our hospital department of cardiology were seleeteci as the observation group, 32 cases healthy in outpatient depart- i ment were selected as the control group at the same period, the concentration of serum HGF, serum N -terminal pro brain natri- uretic peptide （NT - proBNP） concentration, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （ LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） in two groups were detected. Results HGF, NT - proBNP, LVEDD in the observation group before and after treat- ment were higher than those before treatment, LVEF was lower than that before treatment （P 〈0. 05） ; HGF, NT - proBNP, LVEDD in observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, LVEF was higher than that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The serum HGF concentration significantly decreases in dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure pa- tients after treatment, the decrease of HGF concentration can be used as indicators to improve heart function.
