血清高敏肌钙蛋白T在不稳定型心绞痛患者冠状动脉循环中的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的研究血清高敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-TnT)水平在不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者冠状动脉循环中的变化及意义。方法选择2011年3月—2012年12月入我院治疗的UAP患者42例作为UAP组,同期稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者36例作为SAP组,同期在本院进行体检的健康者30例作为健康对照组,分别测定3组研究对象冠状静脉窦、冠状动脉与外周血清中肌钙蛋白(TnT)和hs-TnT水平。结果 UAP组和SAP组患者冠状静脉窦、冠状动脉及外周静脉血清中TnT和hs-TnT水平均高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);UAP患者冠状静脉窦血清hs-TnT高于冠状动脉,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 UAP患者外周静脉、冠状动脉和冠状静脉窦血清hs-TnT水平明显升高,以冠状静脉窦血清hs-TnT升高最明显。Objective To investigate the change and significance of levels of high - sensitivity troponin T （ hs - TnT） in the coronary circulation of patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods 42 patients with UAP into my hospital for the treatment form March 2011 to December 2012 were chosed as UAP groups, 36 patients with stable angina pectoris （SAP） were chosen as the SAP group in the same period, 30 healthy people were chosen as healthy control group in the same period. The levels of serum troponin （TnT） and hs - TnT levels in coronary sinus, coronary and peripheral venous were measured among 3 groups. Results The level of serum TnT and hs - TnT in coronary sinus, coronary and peripheral venous of UAP group and SAP group were higher than those of healthy control group （P 〈0. 01 ） ; The level of serum hs - TnT in coronary sinus was high- er than that of the coronary arteries with UAP patients （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The level of serum hs - TnT significantly in- creases in UAP patients with peripheral vein, coronary artery and coronary sinus, the level of serum hs - TnT in coronary sinus increases most obviously.
