中心静脉导管置管引流并胸腔内灌注顺铂和干扰素治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中心静脉导管置管引流恶性胸腔积液,同时采用顺铂、干扰素进行灌注治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析127例恶性胸腔积液患者的资料,均采用中心静脉导管置管引流恶性胸腔积液,同时采用顺铂、干扰素进行灌注的方案进行治疗。结果治疗后总有效率为86.6%,治疗过程中无严重毒副作用,消化道反应及一过性发热对症治疗处理后缓解。结论中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术操作简单,创伤小,带管活动方便,引流效果满意。顺铂、干扰素治疗胸腔化疗恶性胸腔积液有良好疗效。Objective To observe the effect of central venous catheter for malignant pleural effusion drainage tube, efficacy and toxicity of eisplatin, while used eisplatin, interferon infusion therapy. Methods 127 cases of patients with malig- nant pleural effusion data were retrospectively analyzed, which were used central venous catheters for drainage of malignant pleu- ral effusion, while using cisplatin, interferon treatment perfusion solutions. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 86.6%, there were no serious side effects during the treatment, gastrointestinal reactions and a transient fever symptomatic wrere eased after treatment. Conclusion The central venous catheter closed thoracic drainage operation is simple, less inva- sire, easy activities with a pipe, drainage satisfactory. It has a good effect that eisplatin, interferon in the treatment of chest chemotherapy of malignant pleural effusion.
