深圳市龙岗区2008-2011年手足口病流行趋势分析

摘　　要：目的分析深圳市龙岗区手足口病流行病学特征和流行趋势,探讨更为有效的防控措施。方法对龙岗区2008-2011年手足口病报告病例、重症病例和病原学监测资料进行分析。结果龙岗区4年共报手足口病病例28 948例,年平均发病率183.13/10万;重症病例102例,占病例总数的0.35%;死亡18例,占重症病例的17.65%,占全部病例的0.062%。病例男性多于女性,0～3岁散居儿童是发病、重症和死亡病例的高发人群,4～7月为发病高峰月份。EV71是主要病原体。男性患儿发生重症的概率(389/10万)高于女性(290/10万),差异有统计学差异(2=14.48,P<0.001)。结论 2008-2011年手足口病流行强度逐年增强,应重点加强0～3岁低幼龄儿童的社区防控力度和提高重症病例的早期识别能力和救治力度。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and trends of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） for exploring more effective control measures. Methods All the data and laboratory testing results of HFMD eases （ including severe cases） from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed with epidemiologieal methods and statistical methods. Results There were 28 948 reported HFMD cases with an average annual incidence of 183. 13 per 100 000 in Longgang District of Shenzhen City during the four years. 102 severe cases （0. 35% ） were found, and 18 cases （ 17.65% ） of them died. The mortality rate was 0. 062%. In all cases, male was more than female. And most of the patients were scattered inhabitant children aged between 1 and 3 years. The peak of incidence was from April to July, and Enterovirus 71 （EV71） was the major pathogen of HFMD. The incidence of severe cases in male patients was significantly higher than that in female patients（ X2 = 14. 48 ,P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusions The epidemic intensity of HFMD was enhanced yearly, more attention should be paid to prevention and control measures of community HFMD disease in scattered inhabitant children as well as recognition abili- ty and treatment ability of severe cases.
