摘　　要：构建服务于技术创新的科技公共服务体系,创新运营模式,是加速科技进步和创新型省份建设步伐,推动高新技术产业快速发展的重要保障。完善的科技公共服务体系是技术创新的沃土,给科技活动提供足够的资源支持,就需要根据本地实际情况构建为其服务的完善的科技公共服务模式。近年来,黑龙江省科技创新创业共享服务平台在体制和运营模式上作了重要实践探索,是面向企业技术创新设计的共享服务平台,建立了基于跨区整合资源的"龙江平台模式",为进一步推动公共科技服务平台建设和运营模式创新提供了宝贵经验。Building technology public service system and innovative business model for on technological innovation is to accelerate scientific and technological progress and the pace of building innovative province,the important guarantee to promote the rapid development of high-tech industries.Improving the public service system of science and technology is the fertile ground for technological innovation,scientific and technological activities to provide adequate resources to support,we need to build science and technology public service model for their services according to local conditions.In recent years,Heilongjiang Province science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship shared services platform and operating system made an important mode of practice and exploration,it is designed for the share of technological innovation service platform,the establishment of trans-regional integration of resources based on the ＂Longjiang platform model＂provides a valuable experience for furtherly promoting public technology service platform and operating model innovation.
