摘　　要：防御素是生物界广泛存在的一类具有抵抗微生物活性的低分子多肽,防御素不仅通过直接杀菌作用抵御入侵机体的病原微生物,还在介导获得性免疫反应、调节机体的免疫炎性反应和创伤修复过程中起重要作用。β-防御素2(h-BD)是人体中第一个被发现的可诱导性防御素,在呼吸道疾病及肺部感染中发挥重要作用。该文就hBD-2的分子结构、生物学活性、表达调控及其在肺部感染性疾病中的研究进展予以综述。Defensin is a kind of antimicrobial and eytotoxic peptides found in a large range of living organisms. Defensins not only resist pathogenic microorganisms invasion of the body through the direct bacte- ricidal effect, but also lay an important role in acquired immune response mediation, immune and inflammato- ry response regulation and wound repair process. β-defensin-2 is an inducible antimicrobial peptide,which is assumed to have important roles in respiratory tract and pulmonary infection. Here is to make a review on the current knowledge of β-defensin-2 about its structure, biological activity, distribution regulation and role in pulmonary infectious diseases processes.
