摘　　要：目的 探讨弹性髓内钉（TENs）治疗儿童股骨骨折的方法和疗效.方法 襄阳市中心医院对2005年1月至2010年9月间收治的48例股骨骨折患儿采用TENs内固定治疗,观察骨折愈合、功能恢复及不良反应情况.结果 所有患儿均获随访4 ～21个月,骨折全部愈合,髋、膝节功能完全恢复正常.无旋转畸形及下肢短缩或过度生长等并发症.结论 TENs内固定治疗儿童股骨骨折效果满意.Objective To investigate the method and effect of titanium elastic nails（TENs） for femoral shaft fractures in children. Methods From January 2005 to September 2010,48 children with femoral shaft fractures admitted to Xiangyang Center Hospital were treated with titanium elastic intramcdullary nails. The fracture healing, function recovery and adverse reactions were observed. Results All children were followed up for 4 to 21 months, all fractures healed, hip, knee joint function were all fully restored to normal. No complications such as rotational deformity of lower limb shortening or excessive growth occurred. Conclusion TENs internal fixation has a satisfactory effect for treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children.
