莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗肛周湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将2012年1月至2013年1月在青岛市市北区医院就诊的98例肛周湿疹患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。两组患者均给予盐酸西替利嗪片(每次10 mg,每日1次)口服治疗,在此基础上治疗组给予莫匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏联合治疗(每日2次,治疗2周);对照组给予尤卓尔丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗(每日2次,治疗2周),比较两组患者治疗2周后的疗效、不良反应及症状、体征评分情况。结果经2周治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为85.7%,对照组为67.3%,治疗组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组(Z=-2.010,P<0.05);治疗组患者皮损面积、浸润皲裂及瘙痒评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹罗星软膏联合醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效满意,不良反应轻微,是治疗肛周湿疹的较好药物之一。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mupirocin ointment combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream in the treatment of perianal eczema. Methods From January 2012 to January 2013,98 cases of patients with perianal eczema who visited Shibei District Hospital of Qingdao City were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets （10 mg qd ） orally,on this basis,patients in the treatment group were given mupirecin ointment combined with triamcinolane acetonide acetate urea cream（ 2 times per day for 2 weeks）, patients in the control group were given hydrocortisone butyrate cream （ 2 times per day for 2 weeks）. The curative effect, adverse reactions, scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed after 2 weeks of treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the curative effect of the treatment group （ 85.7% ） was significantly better than the control group （67.3 % ）, the difference was statistically significant （ Z = - 2. 010 ,P 〈 0.05 ） ; area of skin injury, invasive rhagadia and pruritus scores of the treatment group were significantly better than control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion The curative effect of mupirocin ointment combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream in the treatment of perianal eczema is satisfying, with mild adverse reactions, which is one of the best drugs.
