摘  要:以Ti(SO4)2为前驱物,尿素为沉淀剂和掺杂剂,采用水热法结合固相反应法制得了锐钛矿相掺氮纳米TiO2纳米粉体。采用XRD对制备的掺氮氧化钛结构进行了表征,以亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物,考察了不同煅烧温度制备的光催化剂在可见光照射下的光催化性能。结果表明,煅烧温度高于160℃时氮可掺进TiO2晶体中,且温度越高,掺氮量越高;煅烧温度为200℃时,氮掺杂TiO2粉体可见光催化活性最强,在波长不低于400nm的可见光作用下,对亚甲基蓝的4h降解率达62.5%。N-doped TiO2 with anatase crystal structure was prepared by using hydrothermal and solid state reaction, using Ti (SO4)2 as a precursor, urea as a precipitator and dopant of nitrogen source. The crystal structure of the photocatalyst was characterized by XRD. The photocatalytic degradation of methylence blue was used as model reaction to evaluate the visible light activity of nitrogen-doped TiO2 samples prepared at different calcining temperatures. The results indicate that the nitrogen atom was doped into TiO2 when the calcining temperature was above 160℃, and the doped content of N increased slightly with the calcining temperature increasing. When the calcining temperature was 200℃, the sample had the best photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methylence blue under visible-light wavelength above 400 nm, and the photocatalytic results showed that 62.5% methylence blue was degraded after 4 h reaction.
