摘 要:为降低采煤机滚筒的截割比能耗,以某型采煤机的截割滚筒为研究对象,对合理选择截齿的截线距和切削厚度的比值进行了研究。利用UG三维CAD软件建立了3种不同截线距的截割滚筒模型,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA对2组不同切削厚度情况下采煤机滚筒截割煤壁的过程进行了模拟,得到了镐形截齿所受截割力、特定时间内截落煤壁总体积、滚筒所受截割扭矩及截割比能耗等。通过对比这2组采煤机滚筒的截割比能耗和其他相关数据,分析了截线距和切削厚度的比值与截割效率的关系。结果表明,截线距和切削厚度的比值在2左右时,采煤机滚筒的截割比能耗最小。本研究结果对采煤机设计过程中滚筒截线距、滚筒转速和采煤机牵引速度三者之间的最佳匹配有一定的参考价值。In order to search for reasonable transversal distance and cutting thickness of shearer roller cutting picks and to reduce the specific energy consumption, it takes a type of shearer roller as research subject. Using UG to build three rdler models with different transversal distances to simulate process of shearer roller cutting coal wall of two different cutting thicknesses by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the study achieves the picks cutting force, the total volume of dropping coal in special time, the torque of shearer roller and the specific energy consumption. It analyzes the relationship between the ratio of transversal distance & cutting thickness and cutting efficiency by comparing the specific energy consumption of two different shearer rollers and other relevant data. The results show the specific energy consumption can reach a minimum when the ratio of transversal distance & cutting thickness is about 2. It has a certain reference value to the opti real matching of the transversal distance, the roller rotating speed and the hauling speed of the shearer roller in the design process.
