摘　　要：主要介绍了一种新型水线光缆的设计及其制造过程控制要点,并根据水线光缆敷设和应用特殊性,选择优异的材料和工艺确保光缆具有良好的抗拉、抗冲击等机械性能和水密性能,并对关键工序进行分析,确保光缆整体性能达到指标要求。This paper mainly introduces control points of a new type underwater optical fiber cable designing and manufacturing process.According to the particularity of the cable laying and application to ensure that the cable has good tensile strength,impact resistance and other mechanical properties and water tightness performance merit selection of materials and process.Ensure that the overall performance of the optical cable reaches the target requirements to analysis the key process.
