摘　　要：介绍了扁形电梯电缆的特点和要求,对传统的扁形电梯电缆护套挤出模具存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一种新型的护套免调挤出模具设计,并对如何实现免调生产进行了介绍。It introduced the characteristic and the demand of the flat elevator cable,analyzed the problems in the sheath extrusion of the flat elevator cable with traditional mold,proposed a new kind mold design for the flat elevator cable sheath extrusion in alignment-free way,and introduced how to achieve it.
