摘　　要：根据电容法、电阻电桥法、电磁感应法原理,介绍一套利用数字万用表和数字电容表就能准确处理电缆断线和短路故障的实用技术方法,该方法有易掌握、投入费用少、操作方便、准确度高等特点。With capacitance method,electrical resistance and bridge method,and electromagnetic induction method principle,introduce a set of practical technical methods of accurately handling cable-breaking and short-circuit fault through using digital multi-meter and digital capacitance meter.This practical method is with characteristics of easy to know,small cost,convenient operation and high accuracy etc.
