摘 要:交错并联技术在大功率、多重化DC-DC变换器应用广泛,能够有效地减小DC-DC变换器的纹波值从而提高其供电品质。根据交错并联技术的特点,通过对DC-DC变换器输入、输出电流的纹波波形进行叠加分析,推导出在多模块并联条件下,纹波峰峰值与占空比和各模块触发脉冲相移之间的定量关系。推广到不同拓扑结构的非隔离DC-DC变换器中应用,最后在MATLAB/Simulink仿真环境下对三模块交错并联DC-DC进行仿真验证,证明了结论的正确性,对于减小多重化DC-DC纹波具有一定意义。Interleaving technique is widely used in high power and multiple DC-DC converters, and effectively decreases the ripple value of DC- DC converter and improves the power supply quality. The paper is mainly on the basis of the character of interleaving technique, the quantitative relationship between the peak-to-peak amplitude with duty cycle and the triggering pulse phase shift under the condition of the ripple superposition of the input and output current of multiple DC-DC converters. The conclusion can be applied to non-isolated DC-DC converters in different topological structure. At last, under the MATLAB/Simulink environment, the simulation result of paralleled DC-DC converter interleaving with three modules proves the correctness of the conclusion, and has certain significance for the reduction of the ripple amplitude in paralleled DC-DC converters.
