摘  要:回顾了我国氧化铝工业近十年来在选矿、节能、提高质量、扩大品种、环保与综合利用、工艺技术创新及理论研究等方面取得的成就。探讨了我国氧化铝生产技术今后的发展方向 ,提出要尽快推广拜耳法间接加热强化溶出技术、高浓度种分分解制取高强度高产出率氧化铝技术、选矿拜耳法技术、强化烧结法技术 ;开发完善铝土矿反浮选、选矿并联法等新工艺新技术 ;研究和推广各种特效化学添加剂 ;加强对引进技术与设备的消化吸收和再创新 ,加快大型高效节能设备的开发应用 ;大力提高氧化铝生产过程的自动化控制水平 ;同时要加强多品种氢氧化铝和氧化铝的研究开发 ,促进氧化铝工业的产品结构优化升级 ;在应用基础理论研究方面力争新的突破。Achievements in ore beneficiation,energy saving,quality improvement,enlargament of product variety,environmental protection,comprehensive utilization,process technology development and theoretical research are reviewed.Future development direction of Chinese alumina production technology is discussed.It is proposed that indirect heating and intensifying digestion,preparation of high strength alumina and high yield by high concentration seed precipitation in Bayer process,ore beneficiation Bayer process and intensifying sintering process should be spread,bauxite reverse floatation and ore beneficiation parallel combination process should be developed and improved,varous efficient chemical additives should be developed and spread,simulation and re-innovation of imported technology and equipment and speeding up development and application of large energy-saving and efficient equipment should be intensified,automatic control lecel of alumina production process should be raised.At the same time,research and development of shemical aluminum hydroxides and alumina should be intensified to optimize and upgrade product structure of alumina industry and there should be new break through in research of application basic theory.
