摘  要:为进一步改善带超长(3.71 m)滚珠丝杠立式玻璃磨边机的动态特性,减小、抑制磨削振动对加工质量的不良影响,基于ANSYS参数化建模语言建立考虑运动结合面动态特性的砂轮架动态分析参数化有限元模型;据砂轮架实验模态分析结果,对砂轮架模态有限元计算精度进行验证。进一步分析滚珠丝杠直径、滑块安装板厚度、丝杠螺母副及丝杠轴承结合面刚度、砂轮架位置等参数对砂轮架动态特性影响规律,提出新一代数控玻璃磨边机砂轮架的改进设计方案。经生产应用证明砂轮架动态特性改进设计方案的合理性和有效性。In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of a glass-edge grinding machine with a long ball screw (3.71 m), and to reduce undesirable effects caused by grinding vibration, the finite element model (FEM) of a grinding wheel carriage was established using ANSYS parametric design language. And compared with the test modal analysis results of the grinding wheel carriage, the precision of its established FEM basically met the engineering requirement. Then, the influences of diameter of ball screw, fixed board thickness of slide block, contact surface stiffness of ball screw and bearings, and working position of the grinding wheel carriage on the dynamic characteristics of the grinding wheel carriage were investigated. Finally, the design improvement scheme of the grinding wheel carriage for the new generation of glass-edge grinding machine was presented. The feasibility and validity of the proposed design scheme were verified through a practical usage.
