摘　　要：大型无油压缩机排气量大,功率大,气阀安装直径大,气阀内不存在润滑油。针对这些具体情况,讨论能用于大型无油压缩机的气阀结构型式,分析用于大型无油压缩机的带金属阀片气阀、带塑料阀片气阀的结构特点,指出大型无油压缩机气阀结构设计中需要注意的问题。在大型无油压缩机网状阀中采用自弹缓冲片新技术,有效地提高了气阀的可靠性。Large oil-free compressors have high discharge capacity and power consumption.The diameters for installation of the com- pressor valves are big.There is no lubricating oil in the valves.According to the situations, structure types of the valves in the large oil-free compressors are discussed.Structural characteristics of the valves with the metal plates and the valves with the plastic plates are analyzed.Noteworthy problems of the structural design of the valves are pointed out.A new technique of self-elastic damping plates is adopted in the plate valves in the large oil-free compressors.The reliability of the valves is effectively improved.
