摘　　要：颈椎病是由于颈椎退行性变或增生等病变而引起的综合症候群，临床上中医辨证分为五型：风寒湿型、气滞血瘀型、痰湿阻络型、肝肾不足型、气血亏虚型。在中医理论的指导下，根据辨证分型，将药物与食物结合起来，以养为主，食疗与药物治疗相结合，应用到临床护理中，能促进疾病的早日康复。Cervical spondylosis is an integrated syndrome caused by cervical lesions such as cer- vical degeneration or proliferation. In clinical use, according to TCM differentiation, it＇ s usually di- vided into five types： wind-cold-and-damp, qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, phlegm and dampness ob- struct the collaterals, liver and kidney deficiency, deficiency of qi and blood. Under the guidance of the TCM theory, according to the deficiency and syndrome types, combine the drugs with foods, mainly to health preserving, combine the diet therapy with pharmacotherapy, which applies to clini- cal care can promote the disease to recover earlier.
