摘　　要：格林巴利综合征在临床上虽不常见，但其起病急，随着病l『青发展常可危及生命，所以精心的护理非常重要。笔者通过对1例重型格林巴利综合征的护理体会到，由于呼吸肌的受累甚至麻痹，呼吸道的护理在该病的护理中尤为重要，需要高度重视；再结合良好的心理、皮肤、营养支持、康复等护理，对病人病情的好转和恢复确有着重要作用。Guillain-Barre syndrome is not common in clinic, but the progress of this disease is quickly and it often can threaten life with the development of the illness, so the careful nursing is very important. The author experienced by means of 1 case of patient with severe Guillain-Barre syndrome that because respiratory muscle was involved even paralysis, so nursing the pneogaster is particularly important, and it should be taken it seriously; It is very important for improving the pa- tient＇s condition and the recovery to combine a good psychology, skin, nutrition support and reha- bilitation, ect.
