摘　　要：目的：探讨神经外科危重患者临床护理方法及护理体会。方法：选取我院从2008年4月到2009年4月收治的神经外科危重患者72例，随机分为两组，采用回顾性分析进行探究。结果：经我院护理人员精心护理，观察组治疗期间并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用科学方法，提高神经外科危重患者护理质量，有利于降低死亡率，减少发生术后并发症的发生。Objective： To investigate the nursing intervention and experience of nursing critically ill patients in neurosurgery. Methods： 72 cases of critically ill patients in neurosurgery of our hospi- tal from Apr 2008 to Apr 2009 were chosen to randomly divided into two groups, and investigated them by retrospective analysis. Results： After the intensive nursing, the complication rate of the ob- servation group was significantly lower than the control group during the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： raise the quality of critically ill patients nursing of neurosurgery, use the scientific intervention, can help to reduce the rate of death and complica- tion after surgery.
