中药结合艾灸干预老年患者营养不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察中药结合艾灸治疗老年患者营养不良的效果。方法：把经微型营养评价法（Mininu—tritionassessmentMNA）诊断为营养不良的80例老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用自拟的健脾益肾合剂和艾灸，3个月为一个疗程，一个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组总有效率为95．0％，明显优于对照组的62．5％（P〈0．01）。结论：中药结合艾灸治疗老年患者营养不良具有良好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the efficacy of traditional ChineSe medicine combining moxi- bustion in the treatment of elderly malnutrition. Methods： 80 elderly patients who were diagnosed malnutrition by Mini nutrition assessment （MNA） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was used western conventional medicine treatment, while treatment group was added the mixture of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney and moxibustion basis on the western conventional medicine treatment. One course had 3 months. They were assessed effica- cy after one course. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group （95.0%） was obvious higher than that in control group （62.5%）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combining moxibus- tion in the treatment of elderly malnutrition has good clinical effect.
