摘　　要：苏桔口服液是我院儿科周永霞教授根据多年t临床经验总结研发而成，已于2011年经广东省食品药品监督管理局批准注册了医疗机构制剂。本口服液具有宣肺化痰，降气止咳的功效，主治咳嗽，症见咳嗽日久，无热，有痰，纳呆，舌淡苔薄，指纹淡红或脉细。现选择苏桔口服液治疗小儿咳嗽的验案三则进行经验探讨，认为小儿咳嗽宜恢复肺的宣降的同时，化痰降气为治疗咳嗽的关键所在。SuJie oral liquid is developed by Zhou Yongxia professor according to many years clinical experience. It has registered preparation of medical institution which is ratified by Guang- dong Food and Drug Administration since 2011. SuJie oral liquid has efficacy of ventilating the lung and resolving phlegm, lowering qi and relieving cough, and its Indication is cough. The sys- tems are as follow： cough for a long time, no fever, have phlegmy, indigestion and loss of appetite, pale tongue with thin coating, reddish fingerprint and thready pulse. Now 3 cases of infantile cough which were treated by SuJie oral liquid were selected to explore the experience, they should be re- covered the lung of ventilating, at the same time, the key of treating cough is resolving phlegm.
