鼻吸药氧在中风急性期患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻吸药氧疗法治疗中风急性期的临床护理效果。方法：将90例中风急性期患者随机分为药氧组矛口纯氧组各45例。两组均给予常规治疗，纯氧组在此基础上，给予纯氧经鼻吸入治疗；药氧组在护理过程中给予复方菖蒲液加氧经鼻吸入治疗。两组均以10次为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床综合疗效，并采用神经功能缺损（MESSS）评分评价治疗前后神经功能和日常生活能力（ADL）的变化情况。结果：对于临床疗效，药氧组总有效率91．1％，纯氧组总有效率55．5％，药氧组明显优于纯氧组（P〈0．05）；对于MESSS及ADL评分，与治疗前比较，两纽治疗后均有明显改善（P〈0．05），但两组治疗后的MESSS与ADL评分比较，药氧组均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：复方菖蒲液药氧吸入护理法能促进中风急性期患者神经功能康复，且价格低廉，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss the nursing efficacy about snuffing medicine and oxygen thera- py in treating acute phase of stroke patient. Methods： 90 patients with acute phase of stroke were randomly divided into medicine and oxygen group and pure oxygen group, each group had 45 cas- es. Both of them were given conventional treatment. Pure oxygen group based on the conventional treatment, were given pure oxygen to snuff. Medicine and oxygen group were given compound cala- mus liquid to snuff during the nursing. A course of treatment wasl0 times, all of them were treated 2 courses. Observed the comprehensive efficacy, and evaluated the neurologic function and activity of daily living （ADL） by MESSS before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate in med-icine and oxygen group （91.1%） was obvious better than that of in pure oxygen group （55.5%） （P〈 0.05） in clinical effect. Compared with prior treatment, the MESSS and ADL improved obviously （P〈0.05）. But the MESSS and ADL of medicine and oxygen group was better than that of pure oxy- gen group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The nursing of compound calamus liquid snuff can promote the neurological function rehabilitation of acute phase of stroke patient, and the cost is low. It is worthy of application and dissemination.
