摘　　要：目的：研究尿道前列腺汽化电切术术后的护理干预措施，分析其应用效果。方法：选取我院于2009年1月份至5月份收治的47例前列腺增生患者，均接受尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察我院提供的术后护理措施，分析其应用效果。结果：在患者术后，我院进行病情观察护理、体位护理、膀胱痉挛护理、生活护理、并发症防控、导尿护理。47例无一例出现明显并发症，均康复出院，预后效果十分理想。结论：针对尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者，在术后提供全面性的护理干预，能够有效促进术后恢复，降低并发症出现的概率，有效维护患者生命健康。Objective： To study the postoperative nursing intervention of transurethral vaporiza- tion of prostate （TUVP）, and analyze the efficacy. Methods： 47 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were selected from January 2009 to May 2009. All of them accepted the TUVP. Retrospectively ana- lyzed the clinical data of patients, observed the postoperative nursing intervention and analyzed the efficacy. Results： After the TUVP, we offered illness nursing, postural nursing, bladder spasm nurs- ing, living nursing, complications prevention and control, catheterize nursing. Nobody appeared ob- vious complications. All of them had recovered and left hospital. Prognosis effect was very positive. Conclusion： The patients with TUVP were offered comprehensive nursing intervention after the op- eration, which can effectively promote the recovery, reduce the complication and positively main- tain oatients＇ health.
