新生儿抚触的体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨抚触护理对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法：500例新生儿随机分为两组，抚触组采用抚触护理，对照组采用一般沐浴，出生后30天对两组新生儿的体重、身长、头围7LNBNA评分进行统计分析。结果：两组出生后30天的体重、身长、头围、NBNA评分均较出生时升高（P〈0．05），抚触组出生后30天的体重、身长、头围：NBNA评分均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：新生儿抚触对新生儿的生长发育有着积极的影响，值得推广。Objective： To explore the influence of touch in the growth and development of neo- nate. Methods： 500 neonates were randomly divided into touch group and control group. Touch group was used touch nursing; control group was used general bath. The weight, height, head cir- cumference and NBNA score of neonates who were 30 days after birth were analyzed. Results： 30 days after birth, the weight, height, head circumference and NBNA score of two groups were higher than that of at birth （P〈0.05）. The weight, height, head circumference and NBNA score of touch group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Neonate touch has positive in- fluence in the growth and development of neonate, and it is worthy of popularization.
