摘　　要：依据TSG D2001-2006《压力管道元件制造许可规则》和TSG D7002-2006《压力管道元件形式试验规则》中特种设备压力管道元件典型产品的分类,对8类压力管道元件分别从标准级别、标龄、标准类别和归口单位角度对国内相关产品标准现状进行了归纳,总结出压力管道元件行业产品标准存在的标准级别低、部分标准标龄过长,标准归口单位过多,造成生产企业在生产制造检验中无统一标准的现状,结合现状提出了应加强压力管道元件行业标准化建设和整合冗余标准的建议。Based on the classification of Special Equipment Pressure Piping Component typical products in TSG D2001-2006＂Pressure Piping Components Manufacture Appraisal Regulation＂and TSG D7002-2006＂Pressure Piping Commponents Type Test Regulation＂,this paper summarizes the current status of domestic product standards for eight types of pressure piping components and,according to the standard level,standard age,standard type and focal point perspective,makes a summary of the problems in the pressure piping component industry whose standard level is low in this respect.Parts of the standards were set long ago and some standards involve too many departments.As a result,the production enterprises have no agreed standard during manufacture tests.So,in combination with the current status,this paper offers proposals for strengthening the construction of pressure piping components industry standards and canceling redundant standards.
