松龄血脉康与蝮蛇抗栓酶对血液流变学影响比较

摘　　要：目的　观察松龄血脉康对高粘滞血症患者血液流变学影响。方法　随机分为血脉康组和抗栓酶组 ,进行给药前后自身比较和两组间比较。结果　用药后两组血粘度明显降低 ,血脉康组还具有降甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖作用 ,抗栓酶降纤维蛋白原明显。结论　松龄血脉康对血液流变学多项指标有影响 ,可作为防治老年人心脑血管疾病的药物。Objective To observe the effect of Songling Xuemaikang(SLXMK) on hemorrheology of the patients with hyperviscosity syndrome Methods The patients were divided randomly into SLXMK group and Defibrase group The contrasts with oneself and between the two groups were made before and after treatment Results The blood viscosity of two groups was noticeably reduced The SLXMK noticeably reduced triglycericle, cholesterol, blood sugar Conclusion The SLXMK was able to change many indices of blood rheololgy and be used as the drug to prevent and cure cardiocerebral vascular diseases of aged man
