摘　　要：结合我校实际,以实验教学示范中心为依托,通过中心实验教学平台、教学体系、教学内容更新、教学方法改革、教学团队、教学管理模式、运行机制和质量保障体系等方面建设,创造良好的硬件条件和完善的规章制度;以学生科技活动为载体,创新人才培养方法。采用"引进来、走出去"、增强对学生参加科技创新活动的引导、秉承"全程设计"的理念和吸引社会力量等方法,实现了创新人才的培养。This paper was designed to review the experience in the construction of the National Electroelectrical Engineering Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in Northeast Dianli University.It conducted a comprehensive discussion on the construction aspect of experimental teaching platform,teaching system,teaching group,teaching management model,operation system and quality assurance system,as well as the teaching content updates and teaching method innovation with a consideration of the specific practices in the university.It also presented the method of cultivating innovative students by participating in student-oriented scientific projects with the support from the demonstration center.The results show that the cultivation method of innovative students is effective under the circumstances of provision of necessary equipments and facilities,stipulation of comprehensive rules and regulations,application of ＂Bring in＂ and ＂Going out＂ strategies,guidance for the students＇ scientific projects,establishment of the ＂whole process design＂ and involvement of the social resources.
