摘  要:利用Li-6400对35杨和苏杨7号1年生苗木的光照度响应曲线、CO2响应曲线和光合日变化曲线等光合生理特性进行测定分析,结果表明:35杨和苏杨7号光补偿点分别为33.12,34.85μmol/(m2·s);光饱和点分别为1 308.3,1 286.7μmol/(m2·s);苏杨7号CO2补偿点高于35杨,而最大羧化合速率等其他指标均低于35杨;35杨净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈双峰曲线,而苏杨7号呈单峰曲线;日均光合速率35杨大于苏杨7号。The responses of photosynthesis rate to light intensity and CO2 concentration of the 1-year-old Populous deltoides L. ' 35/66' and P. deltoides March. ' SuYang7 ' were measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The photosynthetic characteristics of the two clones were compared. The results showed the light compensation points (LCP) of the two clones were 33.12 p, mol/( m2 . s) and 34.85 μmol/( m2 . s) ,the light saturation points(LSP) were respectively 1 308.3 μ mol/(m2 . s)and 1 286.7 p, mol/(m2 . s). The CO2 compensation points(CCP) of Populus deltoides L. '35/66' was lower than that of P. deltoides March. ' SuYang7'. The net photosynthetic rate, the rate of foliar transpiration and stomatal conductance of Populus deltoides L. ' 35/66' changed in a double-peak curve while those of P. deltoides March. ' SuYang7 ' changed in a single-peak curve.
