摘　　要：主要介绍了时间间隔分析法的原理、记录辐射衰变事件脉冲发生时间的计数器和接入方式,以及该方法在天然放射系核素含量的液闪测量和气载人工核素实时监测中的应用。It introduces the theory of time interval analysis method, the timer that records the occurred time of pulse of radiation decay event and its switch - in form, and the application of time interval analysis method in the liquid scintillation measurement of natural radionuclides and the real - time monitoring of air - borne artificial radionuclides.
